This Warranty Policy outlines what is covered, how long the warranty lasts, and how you can request assistance if you encounter an issue.
1. Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the date of delivery.
Covered issues include:
- Defective stitching or seams
- Broken or damaged straps or fasteners (e.g., hooks, clasps, ties)
- Material defects (e.g., fabric tearing or unraveling during normal use)
- Fading or discoloration within the first 30 days not caused by chemical exposure or misuse
2. What Is Not Covered
The following issues are not covered under this warranty:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., pilling, minor snags, stretching)
- Damage caused by improper washing, drying, or storage
- Fading or damage due to chlorine, sunscreen, saltwater, or harsh detergents
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
- Clearance or final sale items
3. Warranty Period
The warranty period is 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered.
If the item was a gift, please provide the order number or proof of purchase when submitting a warranty request.
4. How to File a Warranty Claim
If you believe your item qualifies for warranty coverage, please follow these steps:

- Subject: Warranty Request
- Your full name and order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the defective area(s)
- Our team will review your claim within 2β3 business days and notify you of the next steps.
- If approved, you may receive:
- A replacement item (subject to availability), or
- A store credit equal to the purchase price, or
- A refund (only if replacements are not available)
5. Return Shipping
- We may request that the defective item be returned to us for inspection.
- If the issue is confirmed to be covered under warranty, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the claim is not approved, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
